阳春砂仁异功散加减治疗痞满的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析在痞满患者中应用阳春砂仁异功散加减治疗的疗效。方法将2018年3月—2021年6月阳春市中医院收治的50例痞满患者纳入研究,按随机数表法将患者分为加减组(n=25)与常规组(n=25)。常规组给予莫沙必利治疗,加减组给予阳春砂仁异功散加减治疗。对比治疗后两组的症状评分、生活质量评分、治疗总有效率。结果加减组治疗后的嗳气反酸评分(1.29±0.62)分、烧心评分(1.25±0.62)分、纳呆评分(1.05±0.48)分、胃脘疼痛评分(1.53±0.54)分、胃脘痞满评分(1.06±0.57)分、四肢乏力评分(0.98±0.36)分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);加减组治疗后的生活质量评分(79.52±4.16)分高于常规组(71.36±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.877,P<0.05);加减组治疗总有效率(92.00%)高于常规组的(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05)。结论在痞满患者中使用阳春砂仁异功散加减治疗可以有效减轻患者病症,提高患者生活质量水平,其疗效确切,应用价值较高,值得推广使用。Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of Yangchun Amomum glutinosa Yigong Powder in the treatment of patients with ruffian fullness.Methods 50 patients with gluttony who were admitted to Yangchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2018 to June 2021 were included in the study,and the patients were divided into the addition and subtraction group(n=25)and the routine group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The routine group was given mosapride treatment,and the modified group was given the modified Yangchun Amomum glutinosa Yigong powder.The symptom score,quality of life score and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the belching and acid reflux score(1.29±0.62)points,the heartburn score(1.25±0.62)points,the anorexia score(1.05±0.48)points,the epigastric pain score(1.53±0.54)points,the scores of epigastric fullness(1.06±0.57)points and limb fatigue(0.98±0.36)points were lower than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05);the score of quality of life in the addition and subtraction group after treatment(79.52±4.16)points was higher than that in the routine group(71.36±4.23)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.877,P<0.05);the total effective rate(92.00%)of the ad⁃dition and subtraction group was higher than that of the conventional group(68.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Yangchun Amomum glutinosa Yigong Powder in the treatment of patients with ruffian fullness can effectively re⁃lieve the symptoms of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.
