中西医结合治疗嵌顿性混合痔对患者预后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究嵌顿性混合痔患者应用中西医结合治疗对其预后恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年2月—2021年2月青岛西海岸新区中医医院就诊的100例嵌顿性混合痔患者资料,使用抽样分配法将其分成常规组(50例)与研究组(50例)。常规组予以单一西医治疗,研究组予以中西医结合治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果研究组临床治疗效果较常规组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.469,P<0.05)。相较于常规组生活质量评分中身躯功能(53.71±4.02)分、心理功能(61.54±5.12)分、社会功能(55.86±5.44)分,研究组身躯功能(81.70±5.63)分、心理功能(84.91±4.37)分、社会功能(83.15±5.02)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=28.610、24.549、26.069,P<0.05)。相较常规组,研究组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05)。结论嵌顿性混合痔患者在中西医结合治疗技术下,预后恢复理想,短时间愈合创口疗效显著,建议临床普及。Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the prognosis and recovery of patients with incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The data of 100 patients with incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Hospital of Tra⁃ditional Chinese Medicine in Qingdao West Coast New District from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyse.They were divided into a conventional group(50 cases)and a study group(50 cases)using the sampling allocation method.The conventional group was treated with single western medicine,and the study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The clinical treatment effect,complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the conventional group,the clinical treatment effect of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.469,P<0.05).compared with those in the conventional group body function(53.71±4.02)points,psychological function(61.54±5.12)points and social function(55.86±5.44)points,the body function score(81.70±5.63)points,mental function score(84.91±4.37)points and social function score(83.15±5.02)points were higher in the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=28.610,24.549,26.069,P<0.05).Compared with the conven⁃tional group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The patients with incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids have an ideal prognosis under the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the wound healing effect is remarkable in a short time.It is recommended to popularize them in clinic.
