摘  要:染料作为染整专业的学习研究对象,其制备、表征和应用等环节是专业实验重要的教学内容。分散染料中的偶氮分散染料由于色光鲜艳、色域广、合成简单、造价低等优势被广泛使用,而偶氮分散染料中的杂环染料因有较好的色牢度和深色效应,颜色鲜艳,染色性能突出,正日益受到关注。实验设计以2-氨基苯并噻唑为重氮组分,以苯酚为偶合组分,合成一种新的杂环偶氮染料,并通过红外光谱等对其进行表征。该实验设计包括染料的结构设计、合成工艺及表征,通过实验让学生深入认识偶氮染料,掌握染料合成及表征方法。Dyestuff is the study object of dyeing and finishing specialty,and its preparation,characterization and application are important teaching contents of professional experiments.Azo disperse dyes in disperse dyes are widely used because of their bright color,wide gamut,simple synthesis and low cost.Heterocyclic dyes in azo disperse dyes are attracting more and more attention due to their good color fastness and dark color effect,bright color and outstanding dyeing performance.A new heterocyclic azo dye was synthesized with 2-aminobenzothiazole as the diazo component and phenol as the coupling component,and characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The experimental design includes the structure design,synthesis process and characterization of dyes.Through the experiment,students can have a deep understanding of occasional dyes and master the synthesis and characterization methods of dyes.
