摘　　要：海南历史上是著名的瘴痢之地,多种虫媒传染病肆虐猖狂。新中国成立后经过大力防治,彻底扭转了这一局面,如今的海南已经成为旅游胜地和度假天堂。但是,毕竟海南属于热带地区,环境气候非常适宜病媒生物的孳生繁殖,而且虫媒传染病的传播途径复杂,环境、动物、人类活动等因素均影响虫媒传染病的发生和流行。如何在“全健康”理念下做好海南虫媒传染病研究与防控工作,国内一些著名学者和专家就虫媒传染病防控的“人才培养”“科学研究”“平台建设”“防控管理”四个方面提出了具有远见卓识和切实可行的意见和建议。In history,Hainan was an epidemic and endemic area for various vector-borne diseases.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the situation was completely reversed through vigorous prevention and control programs,and now Hainan has become a tourist resort and holiday paradise.However,Hainan is located in a tropical region with a suitable environment for the breeding of vectors and the transmission of vector-borne diseases.In addition,the routes of arboviruses transmission are complex,and environment,animals,human activities,and other factors affect the occurrence and prevalence of vector-borne diseases.To do a better job in the research and development regarding vectors and vector-borne diseases in Hainan using a One Health approach,scholars/experts on vectors and vector-borne diseases were invited for a workshop.Four aspects,including "talents recruiting and training", "scientific researches", "research infrastructures" and "integrated disease management strategy" were discussed in the workshop.This report summarized the main points of the experts regarding the research and development of vectors and vector-borne diseases in Hainan.
