广西疟疾媒介按蚊的研究现状和发展

摘　　要：广西曾经是我国的疟疾四大高发省份之一,2019年经国家考核消除疟疾。目前输入性疟疾成为广西疟疾的主要传染源,这种传染来源、传播媒介和易感人群的改变,将导致消除疟疾后整个输入性疟疾的发生和流行过程发生巨大的改变。广西的主要传疟按蚊发生了改变,因此,很有必要对目前广西主要传疟媒介中华按蚊的孳生环境及习性、各地的季节消长及其变动原因、传播疟疾媒介能量和作用等基础方面重新开展持续监测研究。本文综述了广西防控疟疾从1950年起对媒介按蚊分类、生态学、抗药性、防治经验等方面大量的成果的研究现状。分析当前防控输入性疟疾中媒介按蚊研究中仍存在一些问题及空白区域,探讨广西消除疟疾后的巩固阶段,对媒介按蚊需要继续深入研究的方向。Guangxi was once one of the four high-incidence provinces of malaria in China. At present, the national malaria eradication assessment was completed in 2019. At present, imported malaria has become the main source of infection in Guangxi. The change of infection source, transmission medium and susceptible population will lead to a great change in the occurrence and epidemic process of imported malaria after the elimination of malaria. The main vector anopheles mosquitoes in Guangxi have changed. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out continuous monitoring research on the breeding environment and habits of anopheles Sinensis, the seasonal fluctuation and its changing reasons, as well as the energy and function of malaria vectors in Guangxi. In this paper, the research status of malaria prevention and control in Guangxi has been summarized from the aspects of classification, ecology, drug resistance and control experience of Anopheles vector since 1950. Some problems and blank areas in the current research on the prevention and control of imported malaria vector Anopheles were analyzed and the direction of further research on Anopheles vector control in the consolidation stage after malaria elimination in Guangxi was explored.
