论“治风先治血,血行风自灭”在瘾疹防治中的应用

摘　　要：目的阐释“治风先治血,血行风自灭”的机制,为针灸防治瘾疹病提供理论依据。方法基于经典文献研究,探索瘾疹的发病与病因病机;论述中医对“风”“血”的认识;“治风”“治血”在瘾疹防治中的应用及其作用机制等。结果瘾疹大抵营卫失和、邪郁腠理所致,临证多与风热犯表、胃肠积热、脾经湿热、血虚风燥有关。“治血”包括“血”穴的配伍以及刺血疗法的应用等方面,通过疏风、活血,可以和营、止痒,有效治疗瘾疹。结论基于“治风先治血,血行风自灭”理论开展瘾疹病的针灸防治,效果良好。但需注意并非一切瘾疹风证均须治血,临证应具体问题具体分析,因人因证全面把握。Objective To explain the mechanism of"harmonize the blood first before dispersing wind"and to provide a new way for the prevention and treatment of urticaria.Methods Explore the pathogenesis of urticaria,and discuss the mechanism oftreatment of urticaria with acupuncture based on the traditional Chinese medical literature.Results Acupuncture can disperse wind,harmonize the blood,relieve itching,effectively treat the urticaria.Conclusions Acupuncture is effective in treating urticaria.However,it is not applicable to all the patients.Clinical should be specific problems specific analysis,personalized treatment.
