摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,是终末期肾衰的常见原因。张兰教授认为糖尿病肾病病机为本虚标实,以脾肾两虚为本,以痰浊、水湿为标,血瘀贯穿于糖尿病肾病始终。临床上治疗早期糖尿病肾病以益气养阴,活血通络为治则。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes and is a common cause of end-stage renal failure.Professor ZHANG Lan believes that the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is based on deficiency of spleen and kidney,with phlegm and water-dampness as the symptoms,and blood stasis throughout the diabetic nephropathy.The clinical treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is based on benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin,and activating Blood circulation.
