摘　　要：抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,是造成全球疾病负担的重要因素。其特征是持久悲伤、快感缺乏、睡眠和食欲紊乱。神经炎性反应在抑郁症的病理生理学中发挥重要作用,越来越多的研究表明NLRP3炎性小体是神经炎性反应的关键驱动因素,以NLRP3炎性小体为切入点,综述针灸在抑制神经炎性反应、促进神经发生、调节突触可塑性等方面的作用,以期为针灸临床治疗抑郁症提供理论依据。Depression is a common affective disorder characterized by persistent sadness,anhedonia,sleep or appetite disorders,and is an important contributor to the global burden of disease.Neuroinflammation plays a role in the pathophysiology of depression.More and more studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammasome is the key driver of neuroinflammation.Therefore,this paper focused on NLRP3 inflammasome to review the role of acupuncture and moxibustion in inhibiting neuroinflammation,promoting neurogenesis and regulating synaptic plasticity,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of depression.
