摘　　要：淤胆型肝炎是指由多种原因导致的胆汁分泌、排泄功能异常引起的肝脏病变。该病病因、发病机制复杂,病程较长,后期易进展为肝纤维化、肝硬化等疾病。熊去氧胆酸、激素、免疫抑制剂等西医疗法具有一定的局限性,近年来,中医药治疗本病显现出一定优势。根据近5年的相关文献,从病因病机、实验研究、中药汤剂治疗、中成药治疗及中医其他疗法等方面,论述中医药治疗淤胆型肝炎的研究进展,为临床诊疗提供依据。Objective Cholestatic liver disease refers to liver disease caused by abnormal bile secretion and excretion due to various reasons.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are complex,the course of the disease is long,and it is easy to progress to liver fibrosis,liver cirrhosis and other diseases in the later stage.Western medicine such as ursodeoxycholic acid,hormones and immunosuppressants have certain limitations.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has shown certain advantages in the treatment of this disease.According to the relevant literature in the past 5 years,this paper discussed the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,experimental research,Chinese medicine decoction treatment,Chinese patent medicine treatment and other traditional Chinese medicine therapies,and provided a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
