中医护理对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期病人的影响

摘　　要：目的分析对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期病人采用中医护理的意义与价值。方法选取医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的90例乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者,按随机分组对照研究,将采取常规护理干预的45例患者作为对照组,采取中医护理的45例患者作为观察组。两组患者年龄33~65岁,病程6个月~9年。经临床护理干预后,观察两组应用效果,包括干预前后心理状态变化、生活质量评分以及患者对护理的满意度、并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组心理状态、生活质量评分组间对比差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者心理状态评分(SAS、SDS评分)低于对照组,生活质量评分(SF-36)高于对照组(P<0.05),差异明显有统计学意义;观察组患者对护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异明显有统计学意义;观察组并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异明显有统计学意义。结论中医护理对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者有显著效果,不仅可缓解其负性心理情绪,还能减少并发症的发生率,提高生活质量水平和对护理满意度,有利于提升治疗效果、提高整体护理质量。Objective To analyze the significance and value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods 90 patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients with routine nursing intervention were used as the control group and 45 patients with traditional Chinese medicine nursing were used as the observation group.The patients in both groups were aged 33-65 years,and the course of disease was 6 months-9 years.After the clinical nursing intervention,the application effects of the two groups were observed,including the changes of psychological state before and after the intervention,the score of quality of life,the satisfaction of patients with nursing and the occurrence of complications.Results before the intervention,there was no significant difference in psychological state and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the psychological state score(SAS and SDS score)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score(SF-36)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has a significant effect on patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.It can not only alleviate their negative psychological emotions,but also reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to improve the treatment effect and improve the overall quality of nursing.
