摘　　要：目的探讨膝痹汤治疗肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法采用抽样调查筛选研究对象,时间为2020年5月—2021年5月,对象为医院收治的肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎患者,共90例,将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组(各45例),分别对观察组和对照组患者实施膝痹汤治疗和常规药物治疗,对比疗效、膝关节功能评分以及心理状态。结果治疗前,两组的膝关节功能评分与SAS、SDS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);经过治疗,观察组社会功能评分及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝痹汤治疗肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎具有显著的临床疗效,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,同时改善其身心状态,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xibi Decoction(膝痹汤)on knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods Sampling survey was used to screen the research subjects.From May 2020 to May 2021,the subjects were patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome admitted to the hospital.A total of 90 cases were divided into two groups,45 cases in each.The patients in the observation group and the control group were treated with Xibi Decoction and conventional drug treatment respectively,and the curative effect,knee joint function score and psychological state were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in knee joint function scores,sedation-agitation scale(SAS)or self rating depression scale(SDS)scores(P>0.05).The knee joint score and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xibi Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their physical and mental status,and improve the quality of life of patients.
