摘　　要：目的 分析中医优质护理应用在门诊护理中的作用。方法 将2019年4月—2021年4月开封市中心医院中80例门诊护理人员纳入研究,用双盲法分成对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组护进行常规护理与中医优质护理,比较两组的不良事件发生情况以及护理安全管理、专业技能考核和健康护理评分。结果 观察组护理人员的不良事件发生率低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的护理安全管理、专业技能考核和健康护理评分高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医优质护理应用在门诊护理中的作用巨大,不仅可以降低不良事件发生率,还能提高护理人员的护理安全管理、专业技能和健康护理操作水平,常规护理联合中医优质护理的整体效果优于只进行常规护理的效果,在实际应用中意义重大,能够更好帮助护理人员进行相关护理。Objective To analyze the role of TCM quality nursing in outpatient nursing. Methods Eighty out-patient nurses in Kaifeng Central Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were included in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine high-quality nursing. The occurrence of adverse events, nursing safety management, professional skill assessment and health care scores of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing safety management, professional skill assessment and health care scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of TCM high-quality nursing in outpatient nursing plays a great role. It can not only reduce the incidence of adverse events,but also improve the nursing safety management,professional skills and health care operation level of nursing staff. The overall effect of conventional nursing combined with TCM high-quality nursing is better than that of routine nursing only. It is of great significance in practical application and can better help nursing staff to carry out the relevant nursing.
