膨肺技术吸痰结合穴位注射预防气管切开术后肺不张的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膨肺吸痰联合穴位注射对预防气管切开术后患者肺不张的有效性。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月医院收治的86例气管切开术后患者,按入院先后将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组给予常规气管切开后护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予膨肺技术吸痰联合穴位注射。结果干预后两组SaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、PaO_(2)等动脉血气指标各项指标均较干预前明显改善,观察组SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)显著高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组肺不张及肺部感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论采用膨肺吸痰联合穴位注射对气管切开术患者进行干预,能改善患者动脉血氧指标,有效预防肺不张及肺部感染等并发症,对促进患者康复及改善预后具有积极作用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of lung expansion and sputum suction combined with acupoint injection in the prevention of atelectasis after tracheotomy.Methods Eighty-six patients after tracheotomy treated in the department from January to December in 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention after tracheotomy,and the observation group was given lung expansion and sputum suction combined with acupoint injection on the basis of the control group.Results After the intervention,the levels of SaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and PaO_(2) and other arterial blood gas indexes in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention.The levels of SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of atelectasis and pulmonary infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of lung expansion and sputum suction combined with acupoint injection in patients undergoing tracheotomy can improve the indexes of arterial blood oxygen,effectively prevent complications such as atelectasis and pulmonary infection,and plays a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation and improving the prognosis of patients.
