续断接骨汤联合早期显微外科修复治疗GustiloⅢC型开放性骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的分析GustiloⅢC型开放性骨折中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选择医院收治的216例开放性骨折患者随机分组对照研究。对照组114例实施早期显微外科修复治疗,观察组102例实施早期显微外科修复联合续断接骨汤治疗,分析两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者保全肢体98例(96.08%),对照组患者保全肢体101例(88.60%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肢体功能恢复优良率(62.75%、61.76%),对照组肢体功能恢复优良率(51.75%、50.88%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间明显更短,与对照组相比差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应率(10.78%),对照组不良反应率(22.81%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期显微外科修复联合续断接骨汤治疗GustiloⅢC型开放性骨折有显著效果,可尽最大限度挽救肢体,恢复肢体功能。可降低不良反应发生,有助于改善预后,临床应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of GustiloⅢc open fractures.Methods A randomized controlled study of 216 patients with open fractures admitted to the hospital.114 cases in the control group were treated with early microsurgical repair,and 102 cases in the observation group were treated with early microsurgical repair combined with XuduanJiegu Decoction.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,98 cases(96.08%)of patients in the observation group preserved limbs,and 101 cases(88.60%)of patients in the control group preserved their limbs,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of recovery(62.75%,61.76%),the excellent and good rate of limb function recovery in the control group(51.75%,50.88%),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(10.78%)and the adverse reaction rate in the control group(22.81%)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early microsurgical repair combined with XuduanJiegu decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of GustiloⅢc open fractures,which can save limbs and restore limb function as much as possible.It can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,help to improve the prognosis,and has high clinical application value.
