《内经》血枯病机浅谈

摘　　要：血枯病最早出自《素问·腹中论篇》,其义如病名所揭-血液枯竭,属虚劳范畴,治疗方药为四乌贼骨一藘茹丸。文章就血枯之病机展开论述,结合历代注家医家所论,其病机大致可分为:肝病血伤,精血亏耗;木邪凌土,脾阳虚衰;血枯肝燥,肾气亡泄;因虚致瘀,由虚更瘀。文章在脏腑与气血津液层面对血枯病机进行总结分析,以进一步拓展“气竭肝伤”的概念,研究血枯病因病机的内涵,拓展四乌贼骨一藘茹丸的临床应用范围,传承经典,古方今用。Blood depletion disease first appeared in the document of Suwen·Fuzhonglun,and its explanation is as revealed by the name of the disease—blood exhaustion,which belongs to the category of consumptive diseases.The treatment prescription is the Four-squid-bones and LvRu pill.This literature analyzes the pathogenesis of blood depletion disease.Combined with the opinions of commentators and physicians,pathogenesis can be roughly divided into the following categories:hepatic impairment,blood and body liquid loss;Tu influenced by Mu′s factor,spleen′s failure of function;blood depletion of liver,leakage of Shenqi;blood stasis due to deficiency,on the contrary,blood stasis causes deficiency as well.By studying blood depletion′s pathogenesis based on the aspects of Zang-fu viscera and Qi-blood-body fluid,we can extend the meaning of"Qi depletion,hepatic impairment",and study the connotation of blood depletion′s causes and pathogenesis,expand the scope of clinical application,inherit the classical prescription,and use it in today’s world.
