摘　　要：任文英教授认为,继发性肾脏病本质为本虚标实,主要病机为脾肾亏虚,全身气化失司,痰瘀浊毒内蕴三焦,在临证之中,发现痰瘀内蕴之证继发性肾脏病的病机与温胆汤所治病症的主要病机有一定相关性,选用温胆汤加减方作为其常用方,并随证灵活运用一些药对,具有较好临床疗效。Professor REN Wenying believes that the essence of secondary kidney disease is deficiency and excess,and the main pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen and kidney,loss of gasification of the whole body,accumulation of phlegm,blood stasis and turbid toxin.When diagnosing diseases,she finds that there is a certain correlation between the pathogenesis of secondary kidney disease with the syndrome of phlegm-heat and the main pathogenesis treated by Wendan decoction,so Wendan Decoction(温胆汤)is chosen as her common prescription,and some pairs of drugs are flexibly applied along with the syndrome,with good clinical efficacy.
