摘　　要：小儿癫痫是常见儿科疾病,病位在脑,具有突发突止、时间短暂、反复发作等特点,其长期性和反复性的慢性发作会给患儿认知、心理、社会功能等造成严重影响。随着患儿大脑发育的完善,癫痫存在一定的自愈性,该病的治疗向保守治疗的方向发展。针刺治疗直接通过经络、腧穴起作用,无不良反应,操作方便;小儿稚体娇嫩,对外界刺激较为敏感,予以轻刺激即疗效较佳。冶尕西结合自己多年临床经验,从脑部-督脉之间关系的角度出发,以督脉取穴为主,提出“醒脑调督、安神定痫”针刺法,治以“醒脑开窍、通调督脉,安神定痫、调和阴阳”,结合轻刺激手法,具有可操作性,可有效控制病情,减少癫痫次数发作,提高患儿生活质量。Pediatric epilepsy is a common pediatric disease,its disease location in the brain,with sudden stop,short time,repeated clinical characteristics,its long-term and recurrent chronic seizure will give children’s cognitive,psychological,social function caused serious impact.Some scholars believe that with the improvement of children’s brain development,their epilepsy has a certain self-healing,so the treatment of the disease to the direction of conservative treatment.Acupuncture treatment works directly through meridians and acupoints with no side effects and is safe and easy to operate.Children delicate body,more sensitive to external stimulation,light stimulation can be seen better effect.Teacher with his many years of clinical experience,from the perspective of relationship between brain-du meridian,to du meridian find is given priority to,put forward"refreshing overseers,nerves hysteria"acupuncture method,cure to"wake up the brain begin to understand.
