从“一气周流”理论探讨补肾化精开窍汤治疗血管性痴呆的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究以“一气周流”为组方原则编写的补肾化精开窍汤对血管性痴呆(VD)患者的影响。方法将80例VD患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。记录治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组有效治疗率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者MMSE量表评分、中医证候积分、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)水平、血管内皮因子水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组除MMSE量表评分高于对照组外,剩余指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者CDR评分、HDL-C水平均有上升,且观察组CDR评分低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以“一气周流”为组方原则编写的补肾化精开窍汤能够缓解VD症状、改善认知功能。Objective To explore the effects of Bushen Huajing Kaiqiao Decoction(补肾化精开窍汤)prepared by taking the theory of"Circumfluence at a Stretch"as prescription principle on patients with vascular dementia(VD).Methods 80 patients with VD were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects were recorded.Results After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The score of MMSE scale,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and levels of TC,TG and vascular endothelial factor of the two groups were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the score of MMSE scale was higher in observation group than that in control group while the remaining indicators were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The CDR score and HDL-C level were increased in the two groups of patients,and the CDR score in observation group was lower compared with that in control group while the level of HDL-C was higher compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huajing Kaiqiao Decoction prepared by taking the theory of"Circumfluence at a Stretch"as prescription principle can relieve the VD symptoms and improve the cognitive function.
