大黄利胆胶囊联合水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病及对血脂、氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨大黄利胆胶囊联合水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病对血脂、氧化应激指标的影响。方法选择2020年1月—12月在医院就诊的非酒精性肝炎患者78例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各39例。对照组在口服复方甘草酸苷片基础上给予大黄利胆胶囊口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片。两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后血脂、肝功能、氧化应激指标水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三脂(TG)水平均较治疗前下降,观察组TC水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组谷草转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)均较治疗前下降,观察组AST、ALT、GGT水平低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论大黄利胆胶囊联合应用水飞蓟宾葡甲胺片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病,可以显著改善患者肝功能及血脂代谢紊乱,减轻肝脏氧化应激损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of Dahuang Lidan Capsule(大黄利胆胶囊)combined with silibinin meglumine tablets on blood lipid and oxidative stress in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods 78 patients with nonalcoholic hepatitis in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to their admission sequence,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Dahuang Lidan Capsule,and those in the observation group were given silybin meglumine tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results After treatment,the levels of TC and TG in the two groups were lower than before treatment,the level of TC in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).AST,ALT and GGT in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,the levels of AST,ALT and GGT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the level of SOD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of MDA and FFA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Dahuang Lidan Capsule combined with silibinin meglumine tablets in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease can significantly improve liver function and lipid metabolism disorder,and reduce liver oxidative stress injury.
