中医护理对脑卒中肢体康复的促进作用

摘　　要：目的研究脑卒中患者中医护理对肢体康复的促进作用。方法选择2020年2月—2021年2月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的65例脑卒中患者用随机方法分别将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用中医护理干预。对比分析两组肢体康复护理效果和护理满意度。结果观察组肢体康复护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预对脑卒中患者的肢体康复有促进作用,提高护理效果,缩短康复时间。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on limb rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods 65 stroke patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in 65 patients who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2020 to February 2021.The control group adopted the routine nursing intervention,the experimental group adopted traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Compared and analyzed the effect of limb rehabilitation nursing and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of stroke patients.Results The total effective rate of limb rehabilitation nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients,improve the nursing effect and shorten the recovery time.
