夜消痛贴膏联合中医综合护理对神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察夜消痛贴膏应用于中医综合护理对神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月医院收治的74例神经根型颈椎病患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予夜消痛贴膏及中医综合护理,干预10 d。比较两组干预前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数测量表(PSQI)评分。结果干预后,观察组VAS评分、NDI评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夜消痛贴膏穴位贴敷联合中医综合护理可有效减轻神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛,改善颈椎缺损状况,改善睡眠质量。Objective To observe the effect of Yexiaotong Plaster(夜消痛贴膏)on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 74 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from January to December,2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the group,with 37 cases in each group.The treatment group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given Yexiaotong plaster and comprehensive nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine.10 days after intervention,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),cervical dysfunction index(NDI)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the VAS score,NDI score,PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application of Yexiaotong plaster and comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the pain of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,improve the condition of cervical vertebra defect and improve the sleep quality.
