中医护理应用于早期糖尿病足中对中医症状积分、踝肱指数及足部神经筛查评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预早期糖尿病足的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年12月就诊的糖尿病足患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施中医护理。比较两组干预前后血糖水平、中医症状积分、踝肱指数、足部神经筛查评分,干预后护理有效率。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、足部神经筛查评分低于对照组,踝肱指数高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后,观察组护理有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对早期糖尿病足患者采取中医护理效果显著,可改善其临床症状,提高护理有效率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with early diabetic foot.Methods 60 patients with diabetes foot from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The blood glucose level,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,ankle brachial index and foot nerve screening score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,and the nursing efficiency after intervention was improved.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and foot nerve screening score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ankle brachial index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with early diabetic foot is remarkable,which can improve their clinical symptoms and improve the efficiency of nursing.
