龙胆泻肝胶囊结合伐昔洛韦对带状疱疹患者疼痛情况的影响及其临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨龙胆泻肝胶囊结合伐昔洛韦对带状疱疹患者疼痛情况的影响及其临床效果。方法选取2020年01月~2021年12月在成都市温江区中医医院皮肤科门诊的60例带状疱疹患者为治疗对象,随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组患者30例。对照组以伐昔洛韦治疗,观察组以龙胆泻肝胶囊结合伐昔洛韦治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、症状消退时间、疼痛程度评分及治疗安全性等进行统计比较。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组患者为70.00%(21/30),组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的灼热感消退、疱疹消退、止疱时间、结痂时间均低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的McGill疼痛问卷简表(SF-MPQ)各项评分包括疼痛评级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现在疼痛程度(PPI)评分均低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为13.33%(4/30)、10.00%(3/30),数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝胶囊结合伐昔洛韦对带状疱疹患者有良好的治疗效果,能够缩短患者的症状消退时间,降低患者的疼痛感,治疗安全性良好,可临床推荐。Objective To analyze the effect of Longdan Xiegan capsule combined with valaciclovir on pain in patients with herpes zoster and its clinical effect.Methods 60 patients with herpes zoster in the dermatology clinic of Wenjiang District traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Chengdu from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the treatment objects,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with valaciclovir,and the observation group was treated with Longdan Xiegan capsule combined with valaciclovir.The clinical efficacy,symptom regression time,pain score and treatment safety of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.00%(P<0.05),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the burning sensation subsided,herpes subsided,blister stopping time and scab forming time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)in the observation group,including pain rating index(PRI),visual analog score(VAS)and current pain degree(PPI),were lower than those in the control group.The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 13.33%(4/30)and 10.00%(3/30),respectively.There was no significant difference in the data(P>0.05).Conclusions Longdan Xiegan capsule combined with valaciclovir has a good therapeutic effect on patients with herpes zoster.It can shorten the time of symptom regression and reduce the pain of patients.The treatment is safe and can be recommended clinically.
