摘　　要：目的:系统评价中医外治法在儿童便秘中的临床效果,为其在临床中的合理使用提供循证依据。方法:检索自建库至2021年3月于The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE、中国万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库、中国知网数据库、维普数据库7大数据库公开发表的中医外治法在儿童便秘中应用的随机对照试验,由两名研究者独立对文献进行检索、筛查和质量评价,并采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇文献,纳入患儿共1528例,Meta分析合并结果显示2组患儿间的治疗有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿间的大便性状评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿间的排便困难症状评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿间的腹痛腹胀症状评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿间的中医证候评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过绘制便秘患儿治疗有效率的漏斗图显示本次研究的文献不存在发表偏倚。结论:中医外治法治疗儿童便秘的临床有效率高于对照组,实验组主要临床症状改善情况均优于对照组。但纳入的文献质量不高,且数量有限,今后尚需开展更多大样本的高质量研究加以验证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine external treatment on children with constipation,and to provide evidence-based basis for its rational use in clinical practice.Methods:Literatures involved randomized controlled trials on the application of Chinese medicine external treatment in children constipation were searched from The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Database,CNQI database and VIP database from the date when the databases were established to March 2021.Literatures were retrieved,screened and evaluated independently by two researchers,and meta-analysis was performed via RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 12 literatures were included,and a total of 1528 children were included.The combined results of meta-analysis showed that the therapeutic effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the comparison of the score of stool trait between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the comparison of the symptom score of defecation difficulty between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the comparison of symptom scores of abdominal pain and abdominal distension between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The funnel plot of the therapeutic effect on children with constipation showed that there was no bias in the literatures of this study.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chinese medicine external treatment on children with constipation is better than that of the control group,and the improvement of the main clinical symptoms in the experiment group is better than that in the control group.However,the literatures included are of low quality and limited in number,and more high-quality studies with large samples are needed to verify it in the future.
