小青龙汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小青龙汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为试验组与对照组各50例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予小青龙汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、莱切斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分、肺功能指标,并评价2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组76.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),LCQ评分升高(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、FEV1与用力肺活量(FVC)比值(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后升高幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小青龙汤合三子养亲汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,能缓解患者咳嗽症状,改善肺功能,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Xiaoqinglong tang and Sanzi Yangqin tang on cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of 100 children with cough variant asthma were retrospectively selected as the research objects,and divided into the experiment group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets,and the experiment group was given Xiaoqinglong tang and Sanzi yangqin tang based on the treatment of the control group.The Chinese medicine syndrome scores,scores of Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 96.00%in the experiment group,higher than that of 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased and the LCQ scores were increased when compared with thsose before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in the experiment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),percentage of FEV1 in the predicted value(FEV1%),ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the experiment group were increased when compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),and the increase in the experiment group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Xiaoqinglong tang combined with Sanzi yangqin tang has a definite curative effect on the treatment of cough variant asthma,which can relieve cough symptoms and improve lung function,with high safety.
