前炎清方对慢性前列腺炎患者中医证候及特异性炎症细胞因子的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察前炎清方对慢性前列腺炎患者中医证候及特异性炎症细胞因子水平的影响。方法:将68例慢性前列腺炎患者按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各34例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用前炎清方治疗。比较2组治疗疗效和治疗前后中医证候积分、慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及血清特异性炎症细胞因子、前列腺液细胞因子水平,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后研究组临床总有效率97.06%,高于对照组85.29%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组会阴、腰骶、睾丸胀痛,尿频、尿意不尽,尿道口滴白中医证候积分,NIH-CPSI、VAS评分,血清白细胞细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及前列腺液白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子-1β(TGF-1β)水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,研究组治疗后会阴、腰骶、睾丸胀痛,尿频、尿意不尽,尿道口滴白中医证候积分,NIH-CPSI、VAS评分,血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平及前列腺液IL-8、IL-10、TGF-β1水平均较低(P<0.05)。结论:前炎清方治疗慢性前列腺炎患者临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者疾病症状,减轻患者疼痛,对特异性炎症细胞因子水平有较强的改善作用,且安全可靠。Objective:To observe the effect of Qianyanqing prescription on Chinese medicine symptoms and levels of specific inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic prostatitis.Methods:A total of 68 patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the study group was treated with Qianyanqing prescription.The curative effects,scores of Chinese medicine syndrome,National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain and levels of serum specific inflammatory cytokines and prostatic fluid cytokines were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results:After treatment,the clinical effective rate was 97.06%in the study group,higher than that of 85.29%in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores of distending pain of perineum,lumbosacral spinal and testis,frequent urination,incomplete urination and white secretion of urethra,scores of NIH-CPSI and VAS,serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10)and transforming growth factor-1β(TGF-1β)of prostatic fluid in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above scores and levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qianyanqing prescription has a significant clinical effect on patients with chronic prostatitis,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,relieve the pain,and improve the level of specific inflammatory cytokines,with safety and reliability.
