摘 要:为了研究湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)系统的故障特性,以某电厂的脱硫塔为研究对象,建立烟气的流动、传热、组分扩散模型,以及浆液液滴的运动、传质、化学反应模型,通过用户自定义函数(UDF)对上述2种模型进行耦合。针对脱硫塔内喷淋管局部堵塞、液滴pH过低的故障工况进行了分析和仿真。结果表明:当第1层喷淋管局部堵塞时,堵塞区域SO_(2)质量分数与正常工况相比略有增加;随着高度的逐渐上升,局部堵塞造成SO_(2)质量分数升高的影响逐渐减弱;液滴pH由5.5下降至4.5时,脱硫效率下降速率随着液滴pH的下降逐渐增加。To study the fault characteristics of the wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)system,taking the desulfurization tower in a thermal power plant as a research object,two models were established for the flow,heat transfer and component diffusion of the flue gas,and the movement,mass transfer and chemical reaction of the slurry liquid drop,respectively.Meanwhile,the above two models were coupled through user-defined function(UDF).Analyses and simulations were conducted on the faults of the local blockage of the spray pipe and the lower pH condition of the liquid drop in the desulfurization tower.Results show that,when the first layer of the spray pipe is partially blocked,the SO_(2) mass fraction in the blocked area has a slight increase compared with the normal condition.The higher the height is,the weaker the influence of the local blockage on the increase of the SO_(2) mass fraction would gradually be.When the pH of the liquid drop decreases from 5.5 to 4.5,the decreasing rate of the desulfurization efficiency gradually increases with the decrease of the pH of the liquid drop.
