摘　　要：将儋州建设成为海南西部中心城市,打造海南高质量发展第三极,已成为海南自由贸易港建设的重要抓手之一。儋州市国有企业作为国民经济发展不可或缺的力量,能否实现创新发展,事关海南西部中心城市的打造。深入分析了儋州国企创新发展的时代要求及发展环境,从适应开放式创新模式、加快管理体制机制创新、优化产业发展布局、建设创新型人才队伍、推进儋洋一体化创新发展等方面提出了儋州国企实现创新发展的对策建议。Building Danzhou into a central city in western Hainan and building the third pole of high-quality development in Hainan has become one of the important starting points for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.As an indispensable force for the development of the national economy,state-owned enterprises in Danzhou City can achieve innovative development,which is related to the construction of a central city in western Hainan.This paper deeply analyzes the era requirements and development environment of the innovative development of state-owned enterprises in Danzhou,and proposes from the aspects of adapting to the open innovation model,accelerating the innovation of management system and mechanism,optimizing the layout of industrial development,building an innovative talent team,and promoting the integrated innovation and development of Danzhou and Yangzhou.The countermeasures and suggestions for Danzhou state-owned enterprises to achieve innovative development.
