摘　　要：明确当前自媒体时代短视频的法律定性,分析自媒体短视频版权保护面临的困境,并提出自媒体短视频侵权保护的原则,且从用户、平台以及政府多方主体的角度提出侵权保护的解决路径。Clarify the legal characterization of short videos in the current self-media era,analyze the problems existing in the copyright protection of self-media short videos,and put forward the principles of self-media short video infringement protection,and propose the solution path of infringement protection from the perspective of users,platforms and government entities.
