摘 要:近几年,数智化人才需求呈现快速增长态势,地方高校、数智实训条件、师资不足等原因,影响数智经管人才培养。结合玉溪师范学院数智化人才培养的创新实践案例,分析地方高校数智经管人才培养中普遍存在的问题,提出地方高校应以“新文科”“新商科”“创新创业教育”建设为契机,围绕企业数智化转型新诉求创新课程体系,与企业合作创新实训模式,创新教学管理制度,持续推进数智经管人才培养创新力度。In recent years,the demand for digital and intelligent talents has shown a rapid growth trend.Due to limited teaching funds,backward training conditions for digital and intelligent training,and insufficient teachers in local colleges and universities,the training of talents in digital and intelligent management is out of touch with reality.Combining the innovative practice case of Yuxi Normal University's digital and intelligent talent training,this paper analyzes the common problems in the training of digital and intelligent economic management talents in local colleges and universities,and proposes that local colleges and universities should focus on the construction of"new liberal arts","new business"and"innovation and entrepreneurship education".Opportunity to innovate the curriculum system around the new demands of the enterprise's digital and intelligent transformation,cooperate with enterprises to innovate the training mode,innovate the teaching management system,and continue to promote the innovation of digital and intelligent economic management talents.
