摘 要:近年来,40.5 kV双屏蔽穿墙套管发生了多起因其屏蔽线位置安装不正确引起的绝缘问题,有必要对40.5 kV穿墙套管屏蔽线位置对电场分布的影响进行较为系统的研究。文中采用三维电场仿真技术,对40.5 kV穿墙套管屏蔽线的3种典型布置工况进行电场仿真分析,并进行了相应的局部放电试验测试,得出了3种典型工况下的电场分布特点及其与局部放电量具有一致的对应关系,并提出了相应的预防措施。In recent years,40.5 kV double-shielded wall bushings have experienced many insulation problems due to incorrect installation of its shielding wires.It is therefore necessary to systematically study the influence of the posi-tion of the shielding wire of 40.5 kV wall bushings on the electric field distribution.In this paper,three-dimensional electric field simulation technology is used for electric field simulation analysis on three kinds of typical layout condi-tions of the shielding wire of 40.5 kV wall bushing.The corresponding partial discharge test is also performed.It is concluded the electric field distribution characteristic under three typical conditions has identical corresponding rela-tionship with the amount of partial discharge.And corresponding precautions are proposed.
