摘  要:罐式断路器作为SF_(6)气体绝缘封闭设备,若气室内残留灰尘、金属碎屑等异物,则可能在带电后引发放电跳闸事故。文中介绍了一起252 kV罐式断路器内部放电故障引起的跳闸事故,通过返厂解体检查,判断此次故障是由施工过程中引入的异物导致的,并结合罐体内部电场仿真计算,对放电发生在送电过程中而非耐压试验时的原因进行了解释。As SF_(6) gas insulated and enclosed equipment,dead tank circuit breaker can lead to discharge trip after being energized,in case of such foreign matters as dust and metal debris in the gas compartment,The trip fault due to internal discharge of 252 kV dead tank circuit breaker is introduced in this paper.It is judged through disassembly and inspection in the factory that the fault is caused by the foreign matter during the construction period.The reason of the discharge occurring not during withstanding voltage test but during putting into operation is explained in combination with electric filed simulation and calculation inside the enclosure.
