祛痰化瘀调脂方治疗痰瘀互结型血脂异常临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛痰化瘀调脂方治疗痰瘀互结型血脂异常患者的临床疗效。方法:将痰瘀互结型血脂异常患者70例随机分成两组各35例。对照组予生活方式干预,治疗组在对照组基础上予祛痰化瘀调脂方。治疗12周后,观察并记录两组患者疗效指标(血脂水平、中医证候积分)以及安全性指标。结果:治疗后,治疗组TC、TG及LDL-C水平较治疗前明显下降(P﹤0.05),总有效率为97.14%;对照组各血脂指标较治疗前变化均不明显(P﹥0.05),总有效率仅为57.14%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组中医证候总有效率为94.29%,对照组为51.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。临床观察过程中,所有患者生命体征稳定,且均未出现明显肝肾功能损害、肌损害、胃肠道不适等不良反应。结论:祛痰化瘀调脂方治疗痰瘀互结型血脂异常的疗效明确,能明显降低患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平,改善患者症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qutan Huayu Tiaozhi formula on dyslipidemia with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:70 cases of patients with dyslipidemia with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated by lifestyle intervention,while the treatment group was treated plus with Qutan Huayu Tiaozhi formula on th basis of control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy indexes(blood lipid level,TCM syndrome score) and safety indexes(liver and kidney function,blood,uriue and stool routine examination,vital signs) of patients were observed and recorded in two group.Results:After treatment in treatment group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate was 97.14%;while in control group,the change of each blood lipid index was not significant compared with before treatment(P>0.05),and the total effective rate was only 57.14%;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 94.29% in the treatment group and 51.43% in the control group;compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the clinical observation,the vital signs of all patients were stable,and there were no obvious adverse reactions such as damage of liver and kidney function,muscle damage and gastrointestinal tract discomfort etc.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qutan Huayu Tiaozhi formula on dyslipidemia with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis is definite,which can significantly reduce the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C of patients,and improve TCM syndromes of patients.
