摘 要:针对船舶建造过程中机舱灯具布置能否满足光场照度指标要求的问题,根据灯具配光曲线和基于逐点法原理的船舶舱室照度计算方法,利用程序语言编制机舱光场分布的仿真计算程序,并结合机舱布置和舰船照度指标要求对某船机舱的光场进行数值仿真计算,得到机舱等间距不同高度的光场分布图,分析各区域的照度值和实际灯光需求,验证机舱灯具布置方案的合理性。结果表明:机舱照明系统具有良好的照明性能,灯光布置方案满足设计要求。此外,通过进一步拓展,开发一套可用于计算船舶舱室配光和光照计算的界面程序,以方便地预测光场照度和验证灯具布置的合理性。To evaluate whether the lamp arrangement of the engine room can meet the light field illumination index requirement during the construction process,a simulation program is developed to calculate the light field distribution in the engine room according to the luminous intensity distribution curve of the lamps and the point method based ship cabin illumination calculation method.The light field of engine room is numerically simulated based on the cabin layout and the illumination requirement,and the light field distributions are obtained at different heights of equal intervals.The rationality of the lamp arrangement in the engine room is verified by analyzing the illumination index and actual demands of each region.The result shows that the engine room light system performances satisfactorily and the lamp arrangement meets the design requirement.Besides,a program with interface is further developed for the configuration of lamps and the calculation of light distribution in the cabin,which can predict the illumination of light field and verify the rationality of lamp arrangement conveniently.
