摘 要:为推进船舶制造企业的造船精益管理,以造船供应链管理为背景,通过分析传统供应链绩效评价研究的现状,从关键船舶物资管理的角度出发,从效果和效率2个方面构建一套造船供应链绩效评价指标体系。通过该研究,强化造船供应链管理过程控制,持续优化供应链的绩效状况,进而提升船舶制造企业的供应链管理水平,增强其在行业内的竞争力。In order to promote lean management in shipyards,a ship building supply chain performance indicator system in terms of effectiveness and efficiency is established by analyzing the existing traditional supply chain performance measurement based on the management of key marine materials and equipment under the background of shipbuilding supply chain management.It helps the shipyard to strengthen the process control of shipbuilding supply chain management,and continuously optimize the supply chain performance,so as to improve the supply chain management level and increase the competition ability of shipbuilding companies.
