摘  要:为了掌握甘肃刘园子煤矿主立井井壁发生粉化破碎的原因,采用钻芯法对井壁混凝土强度进行了测试,采用壁后窥视技术对井壁进行了观测、对井壁混凝土试样进行了微观结构观测,并对壁后含水层水质进行了测试,结果表明:井壁混凝土强度未达到设计要求、混凝土密实度不足、壁后水质具有腐蚀性。根据测试分析结果,分析总结了导致井壁混凝土发生粉化破碎的原因,并针对井壁混凝土破坏特性,提出了“固、注、卸”综合修复治理方案,经现场验证及后期监测,修复后的立井井筒运行情况良好,未发生井壁破坏现象,为矿井正常安全生产提供了有力保障。In order to understand the causes of pulverization and breakage of shaft wall of main shaft in Liuyuanzi Coal mine,Gansu Province,and to develop appropriate shaft wall repair scheme to ensure the safe and stable operation of shaft wall,the strength of shaft wall concrete was tested by core-drilling method,the shaft wall peeking technology was used,the microstructure of shaft wall concrete sample was observed,and the water quality of aquifer behind the shaft wall was tested.The results show that the concrete strength of shaft wall does not meet the design requirements,the concrete density is insufficient,and the water quality behind the wall is corrosive.According to the results of the test and analysis,the cause for the pulverization and breakage of lining concrete was studied,and in view of the lining concrete failure features,a reinforcing-grouting-relieving comprehensive repair management plan of was put forward.According to the on-site monitoring,no lining breakage occurred,and the vertical shaft was in good condition after repair.
