摘  要:煤矿主、辅运系统在设计过程中难免出现同层位交叉布置,传统解决方案为布置绕道,但存在施工周期长、工程量大、投资高等诸多问题,以宽沟煤矿接续采区井底车场主运输石门和轨道大巷为研究背景,提出了轨道巷绕行、主运输巷局部挑顶抬高立交两种交叉布置解决方案。采用理论计算、数值模拟方法,分析了带式输送机曲线段运输能力,校验了交叉点巷道支护参数。从工期、投资及运营费用等方面对两方案进行了比较,主运输巷挑顶立交方案相比于轨道巷绕行方案而言,系统简单、工期短、投资少、运营费用低,最终确定选用主运输石门挑顶立交方案,并进行了现场实施,取得了良好的技术经济效益。The main and auxiliary transport system of coal mine is unavoidably arranged at the same level in the design.The traditional solution is to arrange a detour,but there are many problems such as long construction period,large quantity of engineering and high investment.Based on the research background of Kuangou Coal Mine continuous mining area,two crossing arrangement solutions are put forward,including track lane detour and belt lane local roof ripping overpass.By means of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the transport capacity of belt conveyor’s curved section is analyzed,and the supporting parameters of roadway at crossing point are verified.Then,from the time limit for a project,the investment and operation cost of the two schemes are compared,and the overpass scheme is better than the detour scheme,with its simple system,short construction period,less investment and low operating cost.Finally,the roof is ripped at the cross-cut of the belt haulage roadway to construct an overpass,which has obtained the good economic benefit.The tunnel overpass case can be used as a reference for similar tunnel system transformation and layout.
