摘  要:我国建筑物下压煤量巨大,为了解放出建筑物下煤炭资源,延长矿井服务年限,以麻黄梁煤矿的开采条件为背景,提出了建筑物下四阶段条带膏体充填开采技术,并确定了合理的工艺参数。以处置煤矸石固废为出发点,制备了矸石膏体充填材料并分析了其性能,阐述了四阶段膏体充填工艺流程,设计了充填条带封堵以及高效接顶工艺,结合现场实际应用情况分析了四阶段条带膏体充填开采的效果及经济效益。研究与实践表明:矸石膏体充填材料流动、力学性能均满足麻黄梁煤矿充填要求,采用四阶段膏体充填开采技术开采后,充填体接顶率达98%以上,地表建筑物变形与移动最大变形值均在设防指标内,实现了煤矿建筑物下充填采煤的成功实践。该开采方法可解放麻黄梁煤矿约10Mt建筑物下煤炭资源,延长了矿井服务年限,联合处置了煤矸石,避免了矸石堆存对生态环境的影响,具有良好的经济与社会效益,研究为榆阳区及周边矿井的“三下”开采提供有益借鉴。There is a huge amount of coal under buildings in China,In order to liberate the coal resources under the building and extend the service life of coal mines,based on the mining conditions of Mahuangliang Coal Mine,a four-stage strip paste backfill mining technology under the buildings was proposed,and reasonable process parameters were determined.Taking the disposal of solid waste of coal gangue as the starting point,a gangue paste backfill material was prepared and its performance was analyzed.The four-stage paste backfill process was described,and the backfill strip plugging and high-efficiency roof connection process were designed.Combining with the field application,the effect and economic benefit of four-stage strip paste backfill mining were analyzed.The research and practice show that,the flow and mechanical properties of gangue paste backfill material meet the backfill requirements of Mahuangliang coal mine.After mining with four-stage paste backfill mining technology,the roof connection rate of backfill body is more than 98%,and the maximum deformation of surface building is within the fortification index,the practice is successful.This mining method can liberate about 10 Mt coal resources of Mahuangliang Coal Mine,extend the service life of the mine,and jointly dispose the coal gangue avoiding the impact of gangue stacking on the ecological environment.The technology has good economic and social benefits,and provides references for the coal mining under buildings,railways and water-bodies in Yuyang region and surrounding areas.
