摘 要:针对任楼煤矿Ⅱ7_(3)24S工作面回采巷道顶板距上覆采空区层间距离小于6m,采动影响下常规支护方式不足以保持巷道稳定的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场监测等方法研究了沿空风巷围岩失稳机制及控制方法,结合实际的地质条件提出了锚注一体化高强耦合支护技术,即高扭矩力、高预紧力、高强度支护材料、全长锚固注浆、围岩加固注浆(“三高两注”)支护方案。现场巷道围岩移近量、顶板离层和锚索工作阻力实时监测结果显示,巷道变形不严重,巷道围岩矿压显现不明显,锚索的工作状况良好,保证了工作面的安全生产。In Ⅱ7324 S working face of Renlou Coal mine,the distance between the roof of the mining roadway and the overlying goaf layer is less than 6 m,it is difficult to control the stability of surrounding rock under the influence of mining.In view of the above problems,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring methods are used to study the surrounding rock instability mechanism and control method of the goaf air roadway.Combining with the actual geological conditions,the technology of “bolt-grouting” integrated high-strength coupling support(“ three high and two high ”) is put forward,that is,high torque force,high preload,high strength supporting material,full-length anchorage grouting and surrounding rock reinforcement grouting support scheme.Real-time monitoring of roadway surrounding rock migration and anchor cable resistance shows that roadway deformation is small,roadway surrounding rock pressure is not obvious,anchor cable working condition is favorable,which ensures the safe production.
