近水平综采面刮板输送机“上窜下滑”原因分析与调控方法

摘　　要：针对华亭煤矿250107-1综采面刮板输送机频繁出现“上窜下滑”,造成煤流运输不畅、生产效率低、工程质量差等问题,文章分析了刮板输送机“上窜下滑”的原因,结果表明:近水平综采面刮板输送机推移过程中客观存在上窜或下滑微量△l,并且沿着刮板输送机“上窜下滑”方向存在侧推力;在采用单向割煤方式回采过程中,推移杆偏斜是造成刮板输送机加速“上窜下滑”、支架歪斜的根本原因。为抑制综采面刮板输送机持续“上窜下滑”的被动局面,现场联合应用调节综采面伪斜、单体柱辅助推移刮板输送机、侧护板调节支架位态、偏移转载机等方法,有效遏制了刮板输送机“上窜下滑”造成的危害,确保了综采面安全高效开采。In view of the inefficient coal flow transportation,low production efficiency and poor engineering quality caused by frequent upward and downward slipping of scraper conveyor in 250107-1 fully mechanized mining face of Huating Coal Mine,causes of the scraper conveyor slipping are analyzed.The results show that,there is upward or downward trace △l during the movement of the scraper conveyor in the near horizontal fully mechanized mining face,and there is a side thrust along the upward and downward direction of the scraper conveyor.In the one-way coal cutting,the deflection of push rod is the cause of the accelerated upward slide of scraper conveyor and the skew of hydraulic support.In order to control the continuous upward and downward movement of the scraper conveyor,the methods of adjusting the pseudo slope of the fully mechanized mining face,the single column auxiliary pushing the scraper conveyor,side guards adjusting the hydraulic support position,and the offsetting transfer conveyor are adopted,which curbs the harm caused by the slipping of the scraper conveyor,and ensures the safe and efficient mining.
