摘 要:为了揭示不同开挖断面形状对倾斜煤层沿空半煤岩巷围岩稳定性的影响,进而指导该类巷道断面优化设计,基于数值模拟方法,针对斜顶梯形、直墙半圆拱形和斜墙弧顶形三种类型巷道断面开挖之后的围岩塑性区分布规律及变形特征进行了研究。结果表明:与斜顶梯形和直墙半圆拱形相比,斜墙弧顶形断面开挖更有利于倾斜煤层沿空半煤岩围岩变形控制;不同斜墙外扎角度的斜墙弧顶形断面巷道开挖对围岩变形破坏的影响有所差异,外扎10°的斜墙弧顶形断面在开挖之后围岩变形量最小,为该类巷道掘进时相对理想的设计断面形状。基于上述成果,确定贵州土城矿1511回风巷采用斜墙(外扎10°)弧顶形断面开挖,激光巷道断面检测仪变形检测结果显示,服务期间断面最大收缩率仅为23.3%,巷道围岩整体均匀变形,进一步验证了研究结果的可靠性。In order to reveal the influence of different excavation section shapes on the surrounding rock stability of gob-side coal-rock roadway in inclined coal seam,thus to guide the optimization design of this kind of roadway.Based on numerical simulation,the surrounding rock plastic zone distribution and deformation characteristics are studied after the excavation of three kinds of type roadway section,including inclined roof echelon,straight wall half arch and inclined wall arc roof.The results show that:compared with the inclined roof echelon and straight wall half arch,the excavation of the inclined wall arc roof is more beneficial to the surrounding rock deformation control of the gob-side coal-rock roadway in inclined seam.The influence of excavation on surrounding rock deformation and damage is different for inclined wall arc roof of roadway with different angle of outward and the inclined wall arc roof with an outward 10° has the smallest deformation of the surrounding rock after excavation,which is the relatively ideal section shape while the roadway being driven.Based on the above results,it was determined that the 1511 air return way of a mine in Guizhou province was excavated with inclined wall(10°) arc roof.The deformation detected by the laser roadway section detector showed that,the maximum shrinkage rate of section was only 23.3% during the service period,and the overall uniform deformation of roadway further verified the reliability of the research results.
