甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特对类风湿关节炎的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的探究甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特对类风湿关节炎的治疗作用。方法选择2017年9月至2018年9月我院收治的120例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组60例。对照组使用甲氨蝶呤治疗,以此为基础,观察组联合使用来氟米特治疗,分析结果。结果对照组受试者治疗有效率为66.67%,观察组为90.00%,两组相比,P<0.05。干预前,两组受试者的HAQ分数、Sharp分数以及DAS28分数无明显差别,P>0.05。干预后相较于对照组,观察组受试者DAS28分数更低,P<0.05。两组受试者的HAQ分数以及Sharp分数无明显差别,P>0.05。相较于对照组,观察组受试者不良反应发生率明显更低,P<0.05。结论针对于类风湿性关节炎患者来讲,为其使用甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特治疗疾病,有助于提升患者治疗有效率,安全性强,降低不良反应发生率。同时也可以全面改善患者受累关节功能恢复度。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of methotrexate combined with leflunomide on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups of 60 patients each.The control group was treated with methotrexate,based on which the observation group was treated with leflunomide,and the results were analyzed.Results The effective rate was 66.67%in the control group and 90.00%in the observation group.Compared with the two groups,P<0.05.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in HAQ score,Sharp score and DAS28 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the DAS28 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the HAQ score and Sharp score between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the combination of methotrexate and leflunomide in the treatment of the disease is helpful to improve the treatment efficiency,improve the safety and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.At the same time,it can also comprehensively improve the recovery of patients'involved joint function
