阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 评价冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗的预后效果,以促进冠心病患者康复预后。方法 选择我院心内科2018年至2019年收治治疗的冠心病患者,总计104例。结合治疗方法,进行冠心病患者随机分组(对照组、联合组),各52例。对照组冠心病患者采取曲美他嗪治疗,联合组冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。对比对照组与联合组冠心病患者治疗后临床疗效以及心功能指标水平、炎性因子水平、心电图症状改善时间、自主症状改善时间。结果 治疗后,联合组临床治疗总有效率(96.15%)明显高于对照组,P <0.05;治疗后,联合组心电图、自主症状改善时间短于对照组,P <0.05;心功能指标水平比较,治疗后联合组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,P <0.05;炎性因子水平比较,治疗后联合组超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,P <0.05。结论 阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪的联合治疗预后效果更佳,可以进一步促进冠心病患者心功能改善,减轻炎性因子水平,缩短患者冠心病心电图、自主症状改善时间,是优选联合用药方案。Objective To evaluate the prognostic effect of combined treatment of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease,so as to promote the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the department of cardiology of our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected.Combined with the treatment method,the patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into groups(control group and combined group),52 cases in each group.Patients with coronary heart disease in the control group were treated with trimetazidine,and the patients with coronary heart disease in the combined group were treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy and the level of cardiac function index,inflammatory factor level,electrocardiogram symptom improvement time,and voluntary symptom improvement time were compared between the control group and the combination group after treatment with coronary heart disease.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group(96.15%)was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;After treatment,the improvement time of ECG and autonomic symptoms in the combined group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05;The level of cardiac function indicators in comparison,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the combined group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than the control group,P<0.05;Comparison of inflammatory factor levels,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-αin the combined group after treatment levels were lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The combined treatment of atorvastatin and trimetazidine has a better prognostic effect.It can further improve the heart function of patients with coronary heart disease,reduce the level of
