宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者采取宫腔镜手术治疗的可行性和效果,为子宫内膜息肉不孕症治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2018年6月至2019年2月期间收治的子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者(n=70),结合治疗方法进行随机分组,对照组、观察组各35例。对照组患者采取刮宫术治疗,观察组患者采取宫腔镜下电切除术治疗,比较两组合并症患者的手术相关指标以及月经量、不良反应、妊娠成功率情况。结果 观察组妊娠成功率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后3个月月经量均优于对照组,P <0.05。结论 对比刮宫术治疗,宫腔镜下电切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉不孕症整体效果更为显著,且降低了手术损伤,提高了患者的安全性。Objective To analyze the feasibility and effect of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyp infertility,and to provide reference for the treatment of endometrial polyp infertility.Methods The infertility patients with endometrial polyp(n=70)who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with curettage,and the patients in the observation group were treated with hysteroscopic electroresection.The operation related indexes,menstrual volume,adverse reactions and pregnancy success rate of the two groups were compared.Results The pregnancy success rate,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,and menstrual flow 3 months after operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with curettage,hysteroscopic electroresection is more effective in the treatment of endometrial polyp infertility,and it can reduce the surgical damage and improve the safety of patients.
