对肛瘘患者采取高频超声联合双平面经直肠超声诊断的意义研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨对肛瘘患者采取高频超声联合双平面经直肠超声诊断的意义研究。方法 选取2019年3月到2020年3月在辽宁省大连市中心医院的80例肛瘘患者,全部进行高频超声联合双平面经直肠超声诊断与临床手术结果进行对比,比较患者进行高频超声联合双平面经直肠超声诊断Parks分型与临床手术结果。结果 括约肌外型肛瘘患者超声诊断准确性最高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 高频超声联合双平面经直肠超声诊断括约肌外型肛瘘的临床效果较好,诊断准确率较高。Objective To study the significance of high-frequency ultrasound combined with biplanar transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of anal fistula patients.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,80 cases of anal fistula patients in Dalian Central Hospital of Liaoning province were selected.All of them underwent high-frequency ultrasound combined with biplanar transrectal ultrasound diagnosis and clinical operation results were compared,and patients underwent high-frequency ultrasound combined with biplanar transrectal ultrasound diagnosis of parks classification and clinical operation results were compared.Results The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis was the highest in sphincterotype patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For high frequency ultrasound combined with biplanar transrectal ultrasound diagnosis of patients,the clinical effect of external diagnosis of sphincter is better,and more accurate.
