心理护理对ICU重症患者护理质量和心理情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察在对ICU重症患者进行护理的过程中运用心理护理干预的具体效果。方法 选入2019年2月至2020年5月期间在本院进行治疗的ICU重症患者,共计88例,随机均分为两组,每组患者均为44例,取其中一组,在治疗期间对应护理工作按照常规护理规定进行,作为对照组,剩下一组则接受心理护理,作为观察组。分析两组患者在护理中的护理质量以及心理状态。结果 (1)对护理干预前后两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及主观幸福感评分等心理指标进行记录,对比结果显示,干预前两组上述指标无显著差异(P> 0.05)。而在干预后观察组上述指标明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。(2)借助相关评价量表对护理干预后两组患者的生活质量、机体功能恢复情况以及整体护理质量进行评分,评估结果显示观察组内患者的Spitzer评分、FCA评分以及总体护理质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。(3)统计两组患者对不同护理方法的满意情况以及护理期间并发症的发生情况,观察组相较于对照组均具有显著优势(P <0.05)。结论 在对ICU重症患者进行护理的过程中运用心理护理能够有效提升该环节护理质量,对于患者的心理状态改善也具有积极作用,同时能够减少护理期间的并发症发生率,提升患者对护理方法的满意程度,整体应用效果显著。Objective To observe the specific effect of psychological nursing intervention in the process of nursing severe patients in ICU.Methods A total of 88 critically ill patients in ICU who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group.One group was selected as the control group,and the other group received psychological care as the observation group.The nursing quality and psychological state of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results(1)The psychological indexes such as anxiety score,depression score and subjective well-being score of the two groups before and after nursing intervention were recorded.The above indicators comparison results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group above indicators was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The quality of life,functional recovery and overall nursing quality of the two groups after nursing intervention were scored with the help of relevant evaluation scale.The evaluation results showed that the Spitzer score,FCA score and overall nursing quality score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The satisfaction of the two groups with different nursing methods and the incidence of complications during nursing were counted,the observation group had significant advantages over the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in the nursing of ICU severe patients can effectively improve the nursing quality of this link,and also play a positive role in the improvement of patients'psychological state.At the same time,it can reduce the incidence of complications during nursing and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing methods.The overall application effect is remarkable.
