舒适护理对ICU重症患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究舒适护理对ICU重症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法 在我院ICU病房中2019年5月至2020年5月接收的重症患者中选择80例并随机分为两组,给予对照组40例常规ICU护理,给予观察组40例舒适护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者护理满意度、SF-36生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者PSQI睡眠质量评分、SAS焦虑评分以及SDS抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,且组间对比具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对ICU重症患者而言,实施舒适护理可有效改善其生活质量,提高睡眠质量,同时可减轻其心理压力,缓解不良情绪,进而有效改善患者治疗、护理体验,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on sleep quality of ICU patients.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020 in ICU ward of our hospital,80 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were given routine ICU care,and 40 cases in the observation group were given comfortable nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction and SF-36 quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The PSQI sleep quality score,SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and sleep quality of ICU patients,reduce their psychological pressure,relieve their bad emotions,and effectively improve the treatment and nursing experience of patients and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
