腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理方法与效果。方法 选择2018年10月至2020年1月期间在本院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的82例患者,根据护理措施的不同分为综合性组和对照组,纳入患者数量分别为42例和40例。对照组常规行围手术期护理,综合性组增加综合性手术室护理,对比两组患者手术时间、康复进展,并评估两组术前术后生活质量变化。结果综合性组手术时间(120.36±25.03)min、肠道功能恢复(1.76±0.35)d和术后住院时间(9.68±2.35)d均显著少于对照组(152.03±26.43)min、(2.36±0.42)d、(12.04±3.02)d,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);综合性组术后3个月生活质量评分(81.38±12.03)分显著高于对照组(72.31±10.96)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);综合性组术后并发症率(9.52%,4/42)显著低于对照组(22.50%,9/40),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后24 h和术后48 h,综合性组的疼痛评分(1.97±0.25)分、(1.42±0.14)分低于对照组(2.58±0.25)分、(1.98±0.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);综合性组的护理满意度为95.24%高于对照组的75%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中采用综合性手术室护理可有效缩短手术时间,减少疼痛评分,住院时间,促进患者肠道尽快康复,并可提升其生活质量,降低并发症风险,从而提高护理质量,提高护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the operation room nursing method and effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into comprehensive group and control group according to different nursing measures,including 42 patients and 40 patients,respectively.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the comprehensive group added comprehensive operating room nursing.The operation time and rehabilitation progress of patients in the two groups were compared,and the preoperative and postoperative quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results The operation time(120.36±25.03)min,intestinal function recovery(1.76±0.35)d and postoperative hospital stay(9.68±2.35)d in the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those in the control group(152.03±26.43)min,(2.36±0.42)d,(12.04±3.02)d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score(81.38±12.03)in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.31±10.96),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the comprehensive group(9.52%,4/42)was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.50%,9/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 h and 48 h after surgery,the pain score of the comprehensive group(1.97±0.25)and(1.42±0.14)was lower than that of the control group(2.58±0.25)and(1.98±0.11),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(75%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive operating room nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce pain score,length of hospital stay,promote intestinal recovery of patients as soo
