摘　　要：横纹肌溶解症(RM)是以肌肉坏死和肌细胞内容物(磷酸盐、肌红蛋白、肌酸激酶)释放进入血液循环为特征的一种综合征。我院接受1例因接种人狂犬疫苗致横纹肌溶解症并发多器官功能衰竭的患者。现将护理要点总结如下:密切观察患者的临床症状和体征,及时、早期发现病情变化;配合医师进行多学科合作对患者进行治疗和护理;落实各项治疗和护理措施,预防并发症的发生。Rhabdomyolysis(RM)is a group of clinical syndromes caused by the release of a large amount of myoglobin,creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)into the peripheral blood after the disintegration of rhabdomyolysis cells.Our hospital accepted a patient with rhabdomyolysis complicated by multiple organ failure due to human rabies vaccine.The key points of nursing were as follows:closely observe the clinical symptoms and signs of the patient,and find the changes of the condition in time and early;cooperate with doctors in multidisciplinary cooperation to treat and care patients;Implement various treatment and nursing measures to prevent complications.
