摘　　要：目的 探讨基于Roy适应模式的正念心理干预对中青年烧伤瘢痕整形患者心理弹性及病耻感的影响。方法 将90例烧伤瘢痕整形患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。两组均给予专科疾病常规护理,对照组给予正念心理干预,研究组给予基于Roy适应模式的正念心理干预。干预前后采用心理弹性量表评定两组患者的心理弹性,采用社会影响量表评定两组患者病耻感严重程度。结果 干预后两组心理弹性量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),两组社会影响量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 基于Roy适应模式的正念心理干预可以增强中青年烧伤瘢痕整形患者的心理弹性,降低病耻感,有利于患者的心身健康,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the influence of mindfulness-based psychological intervention based on Roy adaptation model on psychological resilience and stigma in young and middle-aged patients with burn scar plastic surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with burn scar plastic surgery were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine care for specialized diseases,the control group was given mindfulness-based psychological intervention,and the study group was given mindfulness-based psychological intervention based on Roy adaptation model.Before and after the intervention,the Connor-Davidson resilience sale(CD-RISC)was used to evaluate the psychological resilience of the two groups of patients,and the social impact scale(SIS)was used to evaluate the severity of stigma in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the CD-RISC scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and the SIS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Mindfulness-based psychological intervention based on Roy adaptation model can enhance the psychological resilience of young and middle-aged patients with burn scar plastic surgery,reduce stigma,and benefit their physical and mental health,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
